service. This fifteen-point promise is just a small fraction of what
we offer to you (actual program is custom to your home & by agent
- we will work hard for you!).

We promise to give you a selection of marketing systems that sell homes!
From our 30 day Fast Sell Programs; Buyer's Incentive Programs to our
Sweepstakes Promotions, your HomeLife agent will work with you to identify
which of our programs best fits your needs and we will always strive
towards excellence in selling your home. If one program is not working
- we can adjust quickly!
2. We promise to fully document and anotate your listing making it stand
out from the crowd - a premium listing on your property is what you
get on the SANDICOR Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
3. We promise that you will always get your property on the big Internet
Sites which include www.REALTOR.COM and numerous other sites. 80% of
buyers look on the internet before buying!
4. We promise that most of our agents provide as standard upgrade pictures
(high quality pictures sell homes!) and descriptive showcase listings
in REALTOR.COM and UNIONTRIBUNE.COM - even virtual tours! Ask your agent
if your program qualifies for the Showcase listings and virtual tours!
5. We promise to prepare a detailed highlight sheet/flyer detailing
the features, advantages and benefits of your property. Most of our
agents provide high quality professional color flyers.
6. We promise to help develop your property’s "distinct market
capacity" by touring your property with our professional sales
team to determine its best market plan - we constantly review!
7. Place our award winning professional and distinct HomeLife Premier
sign on your property.
8. Most of our agents will custom advertise in the newspaper, magazines,
etc.,
as appropriate for your home - we always custom market your property.
9. Promote the sale of your property throughout the community by networking.
10. Provide regular updates regarding market conditions, listing progress,
etc.
11. Pre-qualify potential purchasers with our wholesale onsight lending
service
12. Make you aware of all financial alternatives regarding your sale/purchase.
13. Communicate with you regularly and give you my "Pledge of Availability".
14. Represent you on all offers & negotiate for Best Possible Price
and Terms.
15. Prepare and follow up with all statutory disclosures and transactional
